Wine Country Concierge Service – I will plan your entire visit and make all local reservations for you after an extensive conversation with you. I want you to have a fabulous time here!  You will receive a written itinerary, maps, guides and any other information pertinent to your visit. I do have contacts which are not available to the general public. This service is $100 per hour, with a minimum fee of $500.

Accommodations Only – During high season (June through mid-November) it has become nearly impossible for me to spend the time necessary to locate lodging for people who are not my itinerary clients. Since I work alone, my time is committed to those who want a complete wine country experience. However, if you need accommodations for three or more rooms for two or more nights, I may be able to assist – just ask.
 
Cancellations – A deposit equal to the minimum fee is taken when we establish a working relationship. If you must cancel your trip before your itinerary is complete, up to half the deposit may be refunded, depending upon how much time has been spent on your arrangements and whether cancellations must be made by Wine Country Concierge.
